四、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)及用途 Product’s Characteristic and Application

交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣控制電纜具有高機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、優(yōu)良的電氣性能和耐化學(xué)腐蝕等特點(diǎn)，重量輕，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，使用方便。本產(chǎn)品適用于交流額定電壓U0/U為450/750V及以下控制、監(jiān)控回路及保護(hù)線纜等場合，作為電氣裝備之間的控制鏈接。

阻燃型控制電纜的主要特點(diǎn)是電纜不易著火或著火時(shí)延燃僅局限于在一定的范圍內(nèi)，適用于對(duì)阻燃性能要求較高的場合。

耐火型控制電纜的主要特點(diǎn)是電纜除了能在正常的工作條件下傳輸電力外，電纜在著火燃燒時(shí)扔能保持一定時(shí)間的正常運(yùn)行，適用于對(duì)耐火特性有要求的場合。

無鹵低煙阻燃型控制電纜的特點(diǎn)是電纜不僅具備阻燃性能，而且具有低發(fā)煙性和無害性（毒性和腐蝕性較小），適用于對(duì)電纜阻燃、煙密度、毒性指數(shù)等有特別要求的場所，如核電站、地鐵等。

XLPE insulated control cable has the advantage of not noly high mechanical strength, gond ambient stress resistance, excellent electrical properties and anti-chemical corrosion,but also simple construction, hight weight and easy to use. This type of cable is applicable for connection of electrical equipment,controling, monitoring and protective system with A.C. rated voltage UO/U up to and including 450/750V.

The main features of flame retardant control cable is not easy to carry the transmission of electricity under normal operating conditions,but also maintains normal operation for a period of time during fire burining. This cable is suitable for the occasion requied fire-resstance. The main characteristic of low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant control are low smoke emssion and harmless(low toxic,low corrive) besides the property of flame retardant. It can be used in places such as subway, tunnel, nuclear power station with special requirement of flame retardant, smoke density and toxicity index.

• 電纜導(dǎo)體的長期工作溫度等級(jí)為(PVC絕緣)70℃，（XLPE絕緣）90℃

Conductor temperature allowd during long term operation is （PVC sheath）70℃, （XLPE sheath）90℃

• 電纜敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃， 推薦的允許彎曲半徑如下：

Installation temperature is not lower than 0 and its Minimum bending radius as follows when cable is installed:

無鎧裝層的電纜，允許彎曲半徑應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的6倍。

For non-armored cable-less than 6 times D.

有鎧裝或銅帶屏蔽結(jié)構(gòu)的電纜，應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的12倍。

For armored of copper tape screened cabl-not less than 12 times D.

有屏蔽層結(jié)構(gòu)的軟電纜，應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的6倍。

For shielded flexible cable-not less than 6 times D.
