1. 額定電壓UO/U 450/750V及以下聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜適用于交流電壓不超過(guò)450/750V的動(dòng)力裝置，日常電器，儀表及電信設(shè)備等阻燃型電纜的主要特點(diǎn)是不易著火或著火時(shí)延燃僅局限在一定范圍內(nèi)，適用于對(duì)阻燃性能要求較高的場(chǎng)合。

   PVC insulated cables of rated voltage up to and including 450/750V are used in power equipment, electrical appliance, instrument and telecom device with AC rated voltage up to 450/750V. The main property of Flame-Retardant Cable is hard to get fire or the continuous burning of cable is very limited when it is on fire. It applies to the place where higher demands of flam retardant.

2. 耐火型電纜的主要特點(diǎn)是除了能在正常的工作條件下傳輸電力外，電纜在著火燃燒時(shí)仍能保持一定時(shí)間的正常運(yùn)行過(guò)，適用于對(duì)耐火特性要求較高的場(chǎng)合。

   Fire-Resistant Cable can operate normally for some time when burning besides it can transmit electrical power under normal condition. It is suitable for the place required resistant of fire.

3. 低煙無(wú)鹵阻燃型電纜的特點(diǎn)是不僅具有阻燃性能，而且具有較低的發(fā)煙量和氟化氫氣體釋放量有一點(diǎn)要求的場(chǎng)合。

   The main characteristics of low smoke Halogen-Free Flame Retartant Cable is low smoke emission and free of HCI gas beside the property of flame retaidance. It can be used in the place with special demands of the smoke density and HCI gas when the cable is burning.

2. 電纜導(dǎo)體的長(zhǎng)期工作溫度等級(jí)為70℃，90℃，105℃，125℃

   Conductor temperature allowd during long term operation is 70℃,90℃,105℃,125℃

3. 電纜敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃，允許彎曲半徑應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的6倍。

   Installation temperature is not lower than 0 and its Minimum bending radius is not less than 6 timesS( D-the diameter of cable )

二、產(chǎn)品用途

1.產(chǎn)品用于交流額定電壓U0/U為450/750V及以下的動(dòng)力裝置、家用電器、小型電動(dòng)工具、儀器儀表及動(dòng)力、照明線路。

2.U0-任一絕緣導(dǎo)體和"地"（金屬屏蔽或周圍介質(zhì)）之間的電壓有效值。

3.U-多芯電纜或單芯電纜系統(tǒng)任何兩相導(dǎo)體之間的電壓有效值。

三、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)

1、正常使用時(shí)，導(dǎo)體最高溫度為：PVC允許長(zhǎng)期工作溫度為70℃，PO允許長(zhǎng)期工作溫度為90℃；

2、電纜敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃；

3、電纜允許彎曲半徑：電纜外徑D小于25mm2者應(yīng)不小于4D；電纜外徑D為25mm2及以上者應(yīng)不小于6D；

6.2.2 耐火層（用于耐火NH電線）：導(dǎo)體和絕緣層之間繞包耐火云母帶，云母帶是以玻璃絲布和有機(jī)硅漆粘合，并經(jīng)烘焙后制成。其熔點(diǎn)為1200-1300℃。

6.2.3 絕緣：由PVC材料制成；

2 Product Uses

2.1 Products for the AC rated voltage 450/750V for U0/U and below the power plant,  household appliances, small power tools, instruments and meters and power, lighting circuit.

2.2 U0-the effective value of the voltage between any insulated conductor and "ground" (metal shield or surrounding medium).

2.3 U-the effective value of the voltage between any two phase conductors in a multicore cable or a single core cable system.

3 Product Features

3.1 In normal use, the conductor of the maximum temperature is: PVC allows long-term operating temperature of 70 degrees; PO allows long-term operating temperature of 90;

3.2 Cable laying temperature should not be less than 0;

3.3 Cable allows bending radius: the diameter of the cable D less than 25mm2 should not less than 4D; the outer diameter of the cable D for 25mm2 and above should be not less than 6D;

6.2.1 Conductor: Made of single core or Multi strand copper core conductor;;

6.2.2 Between the conductor and the insulating layer, a refractory mica tape is wrapped around the package, Mica tape are bonded with glass cloth and silicone paint, And made after baking. Its melting point is 1200-1300.
