一、產(chǎn)品特點及用途Product features and uses

本產(chǎn)品適用于交流額定電壓U為1KV及以下架空電力線路用銅芯、鋁芯、鋁合金芯耐候型聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯和交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣架空電纜。

This product is applicable for AC rated volage U(Um) of 1kVand below aerial power line that needs copper core, aluminum core, aluminumalloy core weather proof PVC, PE and polyethylene (XLPE) insulation aerialcable.

二、產(chǎn)品使用特點Product Usage Characteristics

1、  額定電壓U（Um）為1（1.2）KV。Ratedvoltage U(Um) is 1 (1.2) Kv。

電纜可用于單相接地故障時間每次一般不大于1min的系統(tǒng)，亦可用于最長每次不超過8h，每年累計不超過125h的系統(tǒng)。

Cables can be used for those systems of single-phraseground fault time generally not more than 1 min each time, and maximum not morethan 8 hours, accumulatively not more than 125 hours per year.

2、  電纜敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于-20℃。Ambienttmperature should be not lower than -20℃ when cable isinstalled.

3、  短路時（最長持續(xù)時間不超過5S）交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電纜的最高溫度：電纜的導(dǎo)體溫度250℃。短路時（最長持續(xù)時間不超過5S）聚氯乙烯絕緣或聚乙烯絕緣電纜的最高溫度：電纜的導(dǎo)體溫度160℃。Maximum conductor temperature is 250℃ when cable isshorted for less than 5 seconds for XLPE insulated Cable. And for PVC or PEinsulated Cable, the maximum conductor temperature is 160℃ when cableis shorted for less than 5s。

4、電纜導(dǎo)體的最高長期允許工作溫度：（對有承載結(jié)構(gòu)的電纜）交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣90℃，而對于聚氯乙烯絕緣或聚烯烴絕緣的架空電纜長期允許工作溫度為70℃。For load-bearing XLPE insulated cable maximum rated temperature ofconductor is 90℃. And for load-bearing PVC or PE insulated cable maximum ratedtemperature of conductor is 70℃。

5、電纜敷設(shè)后的彎曲半徑應(yīng)不小于以下規(guī)定Minimumbending radius is as follows when cable is installed:

單芯電纜——20(D+d)±5%mm  For single-core cable-20(D+d), ±5%mm.

多芯電纜——15(D+d)±5%mm  For multi-core cable- 15(D+d),±5%mm.

(D,d 分別為電纜外徑與導(dǎo)體的標(biāo)稱直徑，單位為：mm)
